Day 1: Pick up from Goma
Arrive at the Kigali International Airport where you are picked up by a driver guide who transfers you to traverse the Rwanda- Uganda border to Banagana into the DR Congo in Goma Town. Have lunch en-route and continue to the Virunga National Park and check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. kibumba Tented camp.
Day 2: Mountain Gorilla trek in Virunga National Park
Get up very early in the morning have breakfast then proceed to the park headquarters for short briefing on conduct around the Mountain Gorillas. You are informed about the Mountain Gorillas then later in allocated groups of 8 with a park ranger guide, you enter the green forest to trek the Mountain Gorillas for 3-5 hours and after a while transferring in the forest, you meet the Gorillas and in an hour stay in their presence taking photos to keep. After trekking Gorillas, return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Kibumba Tented Camp.
Day 3: Climb Mt. Nyiragongo Volcano
Wake up early today have breakfast then transfer to the Kibati Patrol Station where you are shortly briefed on conduct while hiking the stunning Mountain Nyiragongo Volcano. After briefing, you are allocated in groups with a skilled park ranger who leads you up the Mountain Volcano. Transfer for 6 hours with en-route views of the green terrain vegetation, birds then later you reach the top and take many photos to keep of the red hot spewing lava into the air. After your adventure, have Overnight in the Summit Shelters.
Day 4: Descend Mt. Nyiragongo Volcano
Enjoy early morning breakfast then embark on descent to the Kibati Patrol Station and when you reach here, depart to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Kibumba Tented Camp.
Day 5: Transfer to Bukavu
Morning breakfast then with all luggage embark on transfer to Bukavu Town in the Southern Province then to Kahuzi Niega National Par. Lunch is en-route then you get to the Park and check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Orchids safari lodge.
Day 6: Lowland Gorilla Trek in Kahuzi Biega
Early morning have breakfast then proceed to the park headquarters for short briefing on conduct around the Eastern Lowland Gorillas. You are informed about the Eastern Lowland Gorillas then later in allocated groups of 8 with a park ranger guide, you enter the green forest to trek the Eastern Lowland Gorillas for 3-5 hours and after a while transferring in the forest, you meet the Eastern Lowland Gorillas and in an hour stay in their presence taking photos to keep. After trekking Eastern Lowland Gorillas, return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Orchids safari lodge
Day 7: Kigali City Tour & hotel
Morning Breakfast then with luggage depart to traverse the DR Congo Uganda at Bunagana to the Uganda Rwanda border at Cyanika then to Kigali. On reaching here, embark on a City Tour around the City of Kigali visiting the Genocide Memorials, National Museums then later you proceed to check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Hotel Chezlando.
Day 8: Depart to Kigali International Airport
Wake up have breakfast then with all your belongings, depart to Kigali international Airport to board flight back home.
