Day 1: Upon arrive with Kampala-Murchison Falls National Park
After early morning you will be picked up from your hotel in kampala or entebbe and start the journey to Murchison falls national park via Luwero -Nakasongola with stop over at ziwa rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking in the wilderness. Dinner and overnight at Paraa lodge/Chobe safari lodge/Murchison River Lodge/Fort Murchison camp. Meal plan: H/B
Day 2: Game drive day and Boat cruise
After early morning breakfast at 6:00 am , you will head for the morning game drive in the various wildlife tracks designed for game drives .This early morning drive will enable you to catch a glimpse of some animals returning to their dens from their night preys. Such animals will include the big five elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes], hyenas, warthogs, alibi, silver buck etc.Move to the hotel for lunch and refreshments. In the evening go for boat cruise and hike to the falls and then afterwards return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.Meal are F/B
Day 3: Transfer from Murchison falls national park to Kibale National park
Wake up very early in the morning and have breakfast, then coupled with packed lunch head to Kibale forest national park on the outskirts of western Uganda, known for the chimpanzee tracking safaris. Since it’s a days long journey, you will reach there in the evening and then check in at mountain view hotel for dinner and night. Meals are on F/B.
Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking-Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Rise up very early in the morning for breakfast , together with packed lunch proceed to the forest for chimpanzee tracking. Reach there in time for general briefing and allocation of groups and forest rangers has to start at 8:00 am. Then after wards head to the forest for the actual primates tracking beginning from where they were the previous day until you get to them. You will find them feeding their young ones, playing on the tree branches and others relaxing. You will be able to take their photos after switching off your flash. Chimpanzee tracking takes between 2-4 hours. Then from here you head on the long journey to Queen Elizabeth national park. Have a stop over at the Uganda Equator for photos and relaxation then after wards embark on the journey to Queen Elizabeth national park reaching late in the evening for dinner and night at Mweya safari lodge. Meals here are on F/B basis
Day 5: Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth National park
Rise up very early in the morning before 7 am and have breakfast and then move into the park for game drive. This early morning drive will enable you to catch a glimpse of some animals returning to their dens from their night preys. Such animals will include the big five [elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes], hyenas, warthogs, alibi, silver buck etc.Move to the hotel for lunch and refreshments. In the evening go for boat cruise along the Kazinga channel which connects lakes George and Edward and then afterwards return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Meals are F/B
Day 6: Relocate to Bwindi forest national park
Wake up very early in the morning and embark on the long drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth NP known as Ishasha having lunch at Ishasha River. Move into Gorilla Resort [mid range] or Buhoma Community Bandas [budget].Meals are on FB.
Day 7: Gorilla tracking in Bwindi National Park
After a morning heavy breakfast and with packed lunch you will transfer to the park offices for briefing and then later on at 8:00 am commence the gorilla trek along the tracks in the thick forest searching for these great apes. Depending on the movement of these humble giants the trek might take between 2-9 hours before you encounter the Gorillas. Though the walk is tiresome meeting these great apes and spending some time with them while looking deep into their expressive brown eyes, is an exhilarating and heartbreaking wildlife encounter that Africa has to offer. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Transfer from Bwindi Impenetrable forest national park to Lake Bunyonyi
After an early breakfast start on the long journey to Lake Bunyonyi through the beautiful terrain of the rolling hills of Kisoro.This large and erratically shaped lake lies at an altitude of approximately 2000m, where it follows the contours of the hilly terrain that separates the towns of Kabale and Kisoro. It is a very scenic spot, dotted with small islands and ringed by steeped terraced hills. Bunyonyi means “place of little birds” and it is particularly good for water birds. In the afternoon, you will go for a 2 hour boat ride inside Lake Bunyonyi to which will take you to various islands inside the lake for bird viewing, sight seeing and discovering the sites of the Bakiga culture.Check in at Arcadia Cottages/Bunyonyi Overland Camp for dinner and overnight.Meals here are on F/B basis
Day 9: Lake Bunyonyi-Lake Mburo National Park
Have breakfast and after embark the safari jeep and drive to Lake Mburo National Park with lunch en-route in Mbarara town at Agip motel and thereafter transfer to the park and upon your arrival take en-route game drive looking for the wildlife species and birdlife species. Dinner and overnight at Mihingo Lodge/Mantana Luxury Tented Camp/Rwakobo Rock Lodge/Mburo Safari Lodge/Mburo Eagle’s Nest Camp. Meal plan: F/B
Day 10: Game drive-Boat ride
Have early morning breakfast and after take dawn game drive looking for the wildlife species like the lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, warthogs, water and bush buck, antelopes, Uganda Kob, Topi among others. These experiences takes 3-4 hours and after return to your lodge for breakfast, lunch and after take an afternoon boat ride along the Lake Mburo and over this boat cruise expect to spot wildlife and birds. Day 11: Foot Safari-Kampala/Entebbe
Have breakfast and thereafter take foot safari in one of Lake Mburo looking for the Wildlife and birds and after embark the safari jeep and then drive back to Kampala with lunch en-route and then have dinner and overnight at Bomah Guest House/Airport Guest House/Sun Set Motel. Meal plan: F/B
Day 12: Visit Ngamba Island Sanctuary
Have breakfast and after transfer to water front club to embark the speed boat and transfer to the Ngamba islands to experience the chimpanzee feeding session, upon your arrival you will be welcomed by the day caregiver and after visit the chimpanzees. Lunch, after embark the boat and return to Entebbe and our guide will drop you at the airport for your return flight
